More of a ?Mock-Workout Album but, as a huge fan of the Muppets this was a must have for me. 

The poster is a little confusing with this one so, I made a booklet with the writing and the illustration as well as a JPG with just the instructions. The reverse side of the poster is at the bottom of this page.

  Released in 1981. Contains two complete workouts Beginner  (about 35 mins long) and Advanced (about 50 mins long) on two separate records. The included guild is not very helpful and on the back cover it says if you want more information on the exercises used to buy her book "Jane Fonda's Workout Book". Charlene Prickett Does Floors... And Aerobics

  1983 I personally love Charlene's Prickett workouts and this LP is no different.  It does seem like this vinyl was pressed on the cheap and is going to be prone to pressing errors (thankfully the errors on mine did not affect playback and I was able to get a good recording off of it.) But. I would keep this in mind if shopping around for your own copy.  Discogs YouTube Flac Files and Poster  (Poster in in low resolution.)  I'm trying to figure out a more effective way to archive the posters that come with these LPS. If you are interested in more Charlene's workouts I recommend you check out this  YouTube channel they have posted a good amount of her workout videos.
