Charlene Prickett Does Floors... And Aerobics

I personally love Charlene's Prickett workouts and this LP is no different. 

It does seem like this vinyl was pressed on the cheap and is going to be prone to pressing errors (thankfully the errors on mine did not affect playback and I was able to get a good recording off of it.) But. I would keep this in mind if shopping around for your own copy.

  Released in 1981. Contains two complete workouts Beginner  (about 35 mins long) and Advanced (about 50 mins long) on two separate records. The included guild is not very helpful and on the back cover it says if you want more information on the exercises used to buy her book "Jane Fonda's Workout Book".
