Vintage Workout Records

1983  US Version, Just music, no instructional voiceover.  There are three different versions of this record. (This one has just music, One With Vocal Instructions by Arlaine, and another UK version featuring vocal tracks.)   I wanted to get a hold of a version with the vocal instructions but, they are too expensive at this time. My Copy had a lot of pops I used Audacity's clean-up tools to clean up the recording.  I also did not have a booklet but, there were enough images of the Australian version for me to recreate the booklet and recreate the Canadian pamphlet.  Discogs Flac Download and Recreated Insert Material    

  1983 I personally love Charlene's Prickett workouts and this LP is no different.  It does seem like this vinyl was pressed on the cheap and is going to be prone to pressing errors (thankfully the errors on mine did not affect playback and I was able to get a good recording off of it.) But. 1892 Miss Piggy's Aerobique Exercise Workout Album  More of a ?Mock-Workout Album but, as a huge fan of the Muppets this was a must have for me.  The poster is a little confusing with this one so, I made a booklet with the writing and the illustration as well as a JPG with just the instructions.   Originally released in  1981, As Aerobic Dancercise Vol. 1. The edition I have is a collection of Class One and Vol. 1.   Released in 1984, This version includes a full instruction booklet and a longer cardio segment.
