From 1982. Two workouts, one for in the morning and the other for at night. This is one of my favorite workout records I have. I like the original music and once you learn the workout it's a great way to get up in the morning. It's simple and quick, perfect for anyone that has issues doing anything in the morning. 1983 US Version, Just music, no instructional voiceover. There are three different versions of this record. (This one has just music, One With Vocal Instructions by Arlaine, and another UK version featuring vocal tracks.) I wanted to get a hold of a version with the vocal instructions but, they are too expensive at this time. My Copy had a lot of pops I used Audacity's clean-up tools to clean up the recording. I also did not have a booklet but, there were enough images of the Australian version for me to recreate the booklet and recreate the Canadian pamphlet. Released in 1984, This version includes a full instruction booklet and a longer cardio segment. Like in the previous Workout Record record one is the Beginners and two is the Advanced section.
