Richard Simmons Reach

  From 1982. Two workouts, one for in the morning and the other for at night. This is one of my favorite workout records I have. I like the original music and once you learn the workout it's a great way to get up in the morning. Jane Fonda's Workout Record

  Released in 1981. Contains two complete workouts Beginner  (about 35 mins long) and Advanced (about 50 mins long) on two separate records. The included guild is not very helpful and on the back cover it says if you want more information on the exercises used to buy her book "Jane Fonda's Workout Book". Arnold Schwarzenegger's Total Body Workout
